The 163-mile long Etowah River Water Trail is one of the nation’s most biologically diverse rivers. From The River Subdivision you are approximately 10 Miles via Kayak to the City of Canton 'Etowah River Park'. Some of the pictures on this site are from personal Kayaking trips from The River!
The City of Canton in early 2015 opened its new Etowah River Park which features walking trails, passive recreation, restrooms and a new boat launch on the Etowah River. The launch provides a suitable take out for a 13-mile trip from East Cherokee Drive upstream and a short 2-mile trip to Boling Park downstream.

We have many plans to offer from Donald Gardner, Frank Betz and custom homes by local architects. For example Lot 37 is a custom plan from Donald Gardner #1335 that we have modified on the inside. You can view some of the images below of Lot 37. All of our homes feature Hardie board concrete siding, architectural shingles, 50 gallon water heater, generous allowances for cabinets, flooring, fixtures and more. Here is a list of a few of the plans currently being built for other customers. A few of these are now viewable in person.
